Trade Gaunce?

Rather then talk about tonight's game or week 3 (Which I won't), I want to write about a possible trade option: Brendan Gaunce.
I don't really see Gaunce as a Member of our core. Horvat, Virtanen and Baertschi look like an ideal first line, while Sutter is there as a slightly older veteran, along with granlund. Those 5 would be a core player.
Now, Gaunce is young, but it really makes me question why he is on the roster. I believe Gaunce should've been in Utica. He is clearly top 2 or top 4 forward.
It would be interesting to see what player we can get out of Gaunce. We did trade Shinkaruk for Granlund, and I've been liking how Granlund has been playing.
It's a ridiculous gamble, but as of right now, it seems to be paying off. Shinkaruk has been playing down in Stockton. So, why not try again?
