The Epic Price Staredown: The Adressing of the MVP's head

Carey Price, simply put, stands on his head more than half of the time.
His Montréal Canadiens have a solid defensive group, yet gives up a lot of goals. Don't look further than that 10-0 blowout: they let montoya dry. If Price was in net, he easily would've kept the bleeding to a halt. But there are times when the habs can light the lamp, yet still, many games after many games, Price has to make 30 to even 40 shots a game.

But this time, the Sharks managed only 23 shots. Can you really blame the D on this one? I'm certain the Columbus blowout was their fault, and I have no idea about the Patrick Roy game, but this was light. And they did pull him out and not let him dry. It sucks to be Montoya, he's forced to play even when it's a blowout, yet Price receives first class treatment.

And for the smaller people who are habs fans and somehow read my blog, don't worry. All those trade rumours are small jokes played. If anything, montoya should be the one asking for the trade. Price was just having a weak game, and he was expressing his anger of playing bad.
